We take care to protect your items during transit. Large appliances and tools are packed in sturdy boxes with protective padding. Small accessories ship in recyclable, eco‑friendly packaging. Gift wrapping is available upon request at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel. If it has shipped, we can guide you through the return process once the item arrives.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Customized or clearance items are non‑returnable unless defective.
